OUR RECOMMENDATION FOR BEST RESULTS

GENERAL RULES

  1. Keep your appointments and make up any that you miss. Red light is cumulative and consistency is important.
  2. Drink water before and after your treatments. Drink 8 glasses of water per day to help flush the fat from your system.
  3. No food 1-2 hours before or after your appointments.
  4. Use our full body vibrational plate for 5-10 minutes following each treatment which stimulates circulation and helps to burn the fat that has been released.
  5. Reduce your overall caloric intake and limit saturated fats, starchy carbohydrates and simple sugars.
  6. Limit alcohol. Alcohol turns into fat and will work against this treatment, lessening your results.

FOR YOUR VISITS

  • Women are asked to wear under clothing or a bikini-style bathing suit to allow for better skin contact with the light pads.
  • Just prior to each session, please remove creams, oil or make-up over areas to be treated.
  • Bring compression type clothing.
