OUR RECOMMENDATION FOR BEST RESULTS
- Keep your appointments and make up any that you miss. Red light is cumulative and consistency is important.
- Drink water before and after your treatments. Drink 8 glasses of water per day to help flush the fat from your system.
- No food 1-2 hours before or after your appointments.
- Use our full body vibrational plate for 5-10 minutes following each treatment which stimulates circulation and helps to burn the fat that has been released.
- Reduce your overall caloric intake and limit saturated fats, starchy carbohydrates and simple sugars.
- Limit alcohol. Alcohol turns into fat and will work against this treatment, lessening your results.
FOR YOUR VISITS
- Women are asked to wear under clothing or a bikini-style bathing suit to allow for better skin contact with the light pads.
- Just prior to each session, please remove creams, oil or make-up over areas to be treated.
- Bring compression type clothing.
